Every Lumina 500 bundle includes: all required panels for the size, NovaStar KU20 controller, hybrid data cables, 12AWG power cables, QuickLift front service tool, replacement modules, HUB card, receiving card, Nandian power supply, and an 8-in-1 flight case.
How shipping and delivery to Las Vegas work
We ship from our Houston, TX facility. Standard freight delivery to Las Vegas is typically 4–7 business days. If you require a guaranteed delivery date — for a CES, NAB, AWS re:Invent setup, casino opening, or fixed install — we can quote a time-critical or dedicated shipping service.
We book the shipment on your behalf, provide estimated shipping costs, and ensure the goods are insured.
Order processing timelines (after cleared payment):
- Wire transfer payment → ship scheduling ~3–4 business days
- Cashier’s check payment → ship scheduling ~7–9 business days
Install services — what we offer
- On-site installation — with travel coordination to Las Vegas and Nevada

For installations, we require a minimum 50% upfront.
