Submit your repair request for LED modules, power supplies, receiving cards, processors, or related display components. Please provide the required shipping and invoice details so our team can review and process your request correctly.

Before submitting

  • Have your invoice number, shipping company, and tracking number ready.
  • Pack the equipment securely before sending it in for review.
  • Only send the components that need service, not the full LED panel frame.

How It Works

Prepare your equipment, submit the repair form with the required details, and our team will inspect the items once they arrive.

Document the Issue

Take clear photos before removing any parts. If you are sending LED modules, mark the defective area clearly so our technicians can identify the issue faster.

Ship the Right Parts

Send only the necessary components, such as modules, power supplies, receiving cards, or processors. For module repairs, please send no more than 8 modules at a time.

Inspection & Return

Once the equipment arrives, our team will inspect it and follow up. Typical repair processing time is approximately 45–60 days.

If no issue is found with the product upon evaluation, a minimum bench service fee of $125 will be applied, along with appropriate shipping charges for the return of the items to the customer. See our 2 Years Warranty page for full warranty and non-warranty service terms.
