Any application submitted electronically shall have the same force and effect as if it bore an original ink signature. The information provided in this application, together with any accompanying financial statements, schedules, or other supporting materials, is submitted for the purpose of obtaining business financing or credit and is warranted to be true, correct, and complete.

Authorization to Share Information with Financing Partners
By submitting this application, the Merchant/Business and each Owner, Guarantor, Member, Manager, Officer, or other authorized representative identified in the application (individually and collectively, the “Applicant”) represents, acknowledges, and agrees that:

All information and documents provided to SV Solutions USA LLC (“SV Solutions”), including supporting financial information, are true, accurate, and complete.

Applicant will promptly notify SV Solutions of any material change in such information or in the Applicant’s financial condition.

Applicant authorizes SV Solutions to submit, transmit, and disclose the application and any related information or documents, including supporting financial statements, bank statements, credit information, and other relevant materials, to one or more banks, lenders, finance companies, leasing companies, underwriters, funding sources, or other financing partners (collectively, “Financing Partners”) for the purpose of evaluating possible financing, leasing, or credit options and obtaining the best available terms or rates.

Applicant understands and agrees that each Financing Partner may use, review, verify, and rely upon the information provided in connection with evaluating the application, offering financing or credit, underwriting, account review, renewal, modification, extension, collection, or other related business purposes.

Applicant authorizes SV Solutions and any Financing Partner, and their respective representatives, successors, assigns, and designees, to request and obtain business and consumer credit reports, bank verifications, trade references, processor statements, creditor statements, financial institution records, investigative reports, and any other information deemed necessary in connection with this application or any resulting account.

Applicant authorizes all banks, creditors, references, and other information providers to release such information to SV Solutions and/or any Financing Partner.

Applicant understands that the information provided may be transmitted electronically or manually by SV Solutions to Financing Partners and between Financing Partners as necessary to evaluate the application.

Applicant waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims against SV Solutions, the Financing Partners, and any information providers arising out of the requesting, obtaining, sharing, review, or use of such information for the purposes described herein.

Each individual signing this application represents that he or she is authorized to sign and submit this application on behalf of the Applicant and the business entity requesting financing or credit.

This application is submitted for business purposes only and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

Applicant certifies that all owners/guarantors signing are at least 18 years of age.

Communication Consent
By providing a phone number and/or email address, Applicant consents to receive communications from SV Solutions USA LLC and/or its Financing Partners regarding this application, including account updates, requests for information, notices, and other transactional or application-related communications by phone, text message, email, or fax.
